Shipping Policy

We offer standard and express shipping for all orders. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched. Shipping is $12 within Australia. International shipping is $18. Returns Policy

Please email us at hello@spicydugong.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Item must be mailed back in same condition as received. We are not responsible for exchange or return shipping costs. We accept returns on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of received.
